Redefining Landscapes (2022)

This project is an exploration of landscapes in Unicoi County, Tennessee located in the Southern Appalachian Mountains where, approximately fifty percent of the land is part of the Cherokee National Forest. The area is rich in biodiversity and stunning natural beauty. These photographs are intended to show, in a small way, how human activity has and continues to redefine landscapes.
